The MARCHE Awards were established in 1997 to encourage training, motivation and team building for Organisations operating within the hospitality and leisure industries.

Competitions are held in various categories, and the winners of each section together with the 'Grand Finale' prize are announced at an Awards Night. This glittering evening is held each Spring at The International Convention Centre in Birmingham.
